
The Gate & Garage Door Company Spain - Warranty Terms & Conditions (Updated)

1. Definitions (Just the Basics)

"Business Day" means a normal working day (Monday to Friday) excluding public holidays.

"We" or "Us" means The Gate & Garage Door Company Spain.

"You" means our customer.

"Goods" are the products you buy from us.

"Warranty" is the promise we make about the quality of our goods.
2. What the Warranty Covers
We guarantee that for two years from delivery or installation, your product will meet its description and be free from major defects in materials and workmanship, as long as you use it under normal conditions and follow the installation instructions. Remote controls have a shorter warranty of six months.
3. What the Warranty Doesn’t Cover
We can’t cover issues caused by improper installation, accidents, natural disasters, or modifications you make without our approval. Also, things like normal wear and tear, or damage from a power surge, aren’t included. Basically, if it's not a manufacturing fault, it's not covered.
4. How to Make a Warranty Claim
If something goes wrong, email us at sales@tggdc.es. We need to get the original part back before we send a replacement. If the issue is covered, we'll fix or replace it, and we'll handle the standard return shipping costs.
